355 Rockmound Road, Geyserville. Directions from Website: From Highway
101 take Highway 128 exit and head east. In town of Geyserville
(don't blink, you'll miss it), take a right at the only stop sign
in town. Follow Highway 128 over the Russian River until you come
to the intersection of River Road and Hwy 128 (the Geyserville Oriental
Community Center provides a good landmark). Take a hard left onto
River Road and follow it for about three miles. You
will see a sign at the bottom of a windy hill that says "Welcome
to the Vineyard." Follow the windy road up the hill and into
our community (the name of the road changes to Vineyard Road but
you stay on the same road).

Petaluma Turning Basin

Mark your calendars and come join in on a fascinating day:
"Eye on the Bay", (CBS Channel 5), will be doing a show
on the Petaluma River and would like to do a short segment that
would include the Monday Morning Painters painting the Petaluma
River.
What:
Paint the Petaluma River for an “Eye on The Bay” segment!
When: Wednesday, April 18th, 2007
Where: The Petaluma Turning Basin
Time: Show up as if it were a regular painting
outing starting at 9 AM. The crew will show up later in the morning
around 11 AM and would like to see paintings in the advanced stage
of execution.
Directions: Lorraine and I found two great places
to paint at the Turning Basin. One is near the Great Petaluma Mill
and the other is further down river one block. From Hwy 101, take
the East Washington exit west and turn left on Petaluma Blvd. Turn
on B Street and go to the end, turning right into the Great Petaluma
Mill parking lot to unload your gear. There is a parking garage
less than a block away where you can park your vehicle. Views of
river, mill, yacht club, boats.
